The Lott Dance and Well-being cater to all ages from 18 months to 180 years. As long as you have groove in your body and a passion to move, come and join us. Our classes can help you achieve your goals, whether they be keeping fit, learning a new skill or just having a bit of a social life, we can get you there. To give you an extra hand we offer a range of different styles so you are sure to find something you love.
Our Values
Everyone and anyone can dance, it’s just moving, and something we all do every day. We just plan to make you better at it.
Confidence isn’t something we all have but we should. At the Lott dance we celebrate our differences it’s what makes us, us, and that’s a good thing.
Community is at the heart of The Lott Dance Academy. We believe that a warm social atmosphere help us to express ourselves more confidently and it’s also much nicer that feeling ignored.

Teachers
Charlotte Pegrum
Charlotte has danced from the age of three in Ballet and Jazz then later found contemporary dance. She studied for her national diploma in Dance before going on to Roehampton University and receiving a BA Hons in Dance Studies.
It was during her degree she found a passion for urban dance styles such as Hip hop, Waacking, House and Dancehall and completing her certifications in UDO Teaching, Zumba, Flowetic and Rebounding.
Charlotte has been teaching Dance since 2009 and has been working in fitness since 2012.

"My Nan and Granddad were arguing about house chores one day and my Granddad said to my Nan "would you like me to do a tap dance for you as well". I rushed out in the hall and began to put my shoes on, when my Nan asked me what i was doing, I said "I'm putting my shoes on so that i can dance with Granddad".
